Warning Just like A1.8 this sets default configurations. That means this will be a config purge.
Basically the same as 1.2, added a few optimization mods and 2 QoL mods. I also reset the configs, due to them having extra files of which weren't needed. A lot of extra files. If any issues are found, please let me know.
Now it's usable. If you have a weak PC, at this point is where I'd start recommending. This update just adds basic optimization mods and shader support.
