Create Extra

First major build update "Create Extra"

Now the assembly will be released in 2 versions:

1. Full - (Includes support for optifine resource packs, the Create mod and some of its add-ons, optimization mods, various cosmetic mods)

2. Lite (Mod Create + mods for optimization, as well as some cosmetic mods)

General changes:

1. Updated Quilt to version 0.18.2
2. Updated all mods to the latest version
