Create & Conquer

Create & Conquer is a simple Modpack for me and my friends, however now we are allowing anyone onto our server!

It focuses on the Create mod with a few addons for it. To run smoothly it obviously contains optimizations mods as well as shaders.

To get access to our current ip you have to join our discord server.

Note: When joining the minecraft server you are required to join our discord server and link your minecraft account with your discord account. You can find the discord server here.
