The goal of this modpack is to create a perfect balance between these two great mods, with minimal addition of other mods.
Thus, TFC will retain its original form while adding automation. Players will have the freedom to choose which addons and mods they want to add. You can also make your own modpacks based on CFC.
At the moment the pack can be used for both client and server, because it does not contain only-client mods
Author's thoughts ....
Create is a very cool mod, but unfortunately, it makes the game much easier, especially in multiplayer. And the hardcore nature of TFC eventually becomes a grind without automation. That's why I decided to create this modpack. There are about 1500 recipes changed/added in this modpack.
The game will be built in such a way that you'll have to do most of TFC's game mechanics manually before you start automating them, mostly automation comes after the Iron Age
What is in this modpack at the moment:
- All block and item crafting is integrated into TFC and everything is balanced, for example in TFC iron sheet is much harder to make than in vanilla, so we divide the craft material about 2 times and everyone is happy.
- Kinetic energy. Energy extraction in the modpack is more complicated, now water wheels will only work on rivers, yes they are activated from the water current from TFC, windmills will only work in biomes without mountains and require a certain height and space. (temporarily removed)
- No Blaze Burner. Heating items is now powered by charcoal pits and the new base burners. You must supply air to the base burner to achieve enhanced combustion, but this will greatly increase fuel consumption.
- Ingots can be cast through a dispenser, and they can be melted using a basin
- Every alloy can be made in a basin (you can now input 4 fluids into basins)
- Temperature of item can be handled with fans (heating and cooling)
- Charcoal forge can be accessed by a mechanical arm
- Iron and steel ingots can now be crafted through automation, but the process is quite complicated and at first you'll still have to use the TFC method.
- Automate almost every item from TFC. In this modpack, I try not only to add items from Create to TFC, but also to automate your gameplay as much as possible.
Addons
Firmalife - The mod adds a lot of food and gameplay mechanics, such as greenhouses, cellars, beekeeping, and winemaking. Unfortunately, not all mechanics in Firmalife can be automated, but I will do my best. The mod is currently 70% integrated.
Create: Diesel Generators - The mod for gasoline and diesel for Create is fully integrated into the pack.
Other addons - I have tested all the TFC addons I could find, and they all work perfectly with the pack, so feel free to install them to your liking. However, almost any addon for Create will need to be manually configured for the pack through KJS, or you can contact me. If it's an essential addon, I will add it to the pack.
What is planned to be added
-
Create Crafts & Additions - Electricity will appear after the oil era, it will be more profitable than coal. It is also planned to add electrical appliances.
-
Create: Big Cannons - Why not?
And maybe...
- Valkyrien Skies - Trackwork, eureka, create interactive. But they are too unstable and cause a lot of bugs, so it's a big question.
In this modpack, I try not only to add, but also to remove items and recipes that are not used in tfc, so as not to clutter up the jei
At the moment, the modpack is in beta testing, the modpack version symbolizes how much percent compatibility is ready between tfc and create, the release will take place when synchronization is reached at 100%, and then large addons will begin to be added. You can take part in testing and make suggestions for improving the assembly, as well as look for bugs) You can contact us via Discord.
