Distant Horizons & Iris Shaders

NOTE: Vulkan is NOT currently compatible with Iris Shaders; if you attempt to enable Vulkan shaders, they will simply turn off. This will not change, as there is a new shader mod being developed by the name of Aperture that will support Vulkan (more info can be found on the Iris Shaders discord server in #aperture-discussion.)
