General improvements, updates to mods.

Updated the modpack to the latest 1.21 Minecraft version

Added some mods, while decreasing the size of the modpack.

Added a few mods, tweaked settings and of course updated all the mods to their latest versions.

I recommend FaithfulPBR 1024x resource pack with it.
