Removed:

• Dynamic lights, is built in using shaders
• 3D default, found a bug with cobwebs

Remarks:

• If wanted to play with controller, make sure controller is powered on before starting the pack. Controlify is causing MC to crash. No update of fix available yet
• Had to include the options file to keep the resourcepacks in the correct order.
