Removing unnecessary mods, updating old ones and adding CIT Resewn!!!

1. This is the first beta release because the previous versions lacked only the CIT Resewn mod! Now it is available on versions 1.21.X, so I'm adding it to the build. In fact, CIT was the last thing that was missing, so the modpack is currently considered fully up-to-date and complete for playing on almost any RP project!

2. Also, quite a few mods were updated and removed, but there will be no very noticeable changes after that, mostly it was necessary to make the modpack cleaner from unnecessary mods and to be as up-to-date as possible! That's basically all I have to say about it.

It would have been nice to update the modpack version for NeoForge, but I was a little unlucky and Sinytra Connector could not launch CIT Resewn without errors, so we have to wait for the official version or a fork for Neoforg...
