emanation modpack

A simple modpack focusing on the Cobblemon and Create mods, with some extras added in. Made for my friends :3 If you want a standard modded experience without too many mods, this is the modpack for you!

This modpack is intended for multiplayer but can be enjoyed in singleplayer.
