-Removed Serene Seasons because it occasionally reloads all chunks, which is... disorienting to say the least. Hopefully another season mod gets updated to 1.21.4
-Removed Chunks fade in, replaced with distant horizons
-Added Distant Horizons and Chunky (The goal is to never need to see chunks popping into existance; pre-generate with Chunky and use Distant horizons to cover up the pop-in. Disable Concurrent Chunk Management Engine and give the game more RAM in Java arguments when actively running Chunky.)
-Configured Horseman to not teleport horses when calling them with a copper horn within 128 blocks of you. There is a bug that occasionally causes horses to be duplicated when teleporting them, and this is to help avoid having them teleport unneccesarily often.
