FlameTeam introduces FlamePack powered by Vulkan

Experience much smoother gameplay thanks to FlamePack Vulkanized 0.2.4 by FlameTeam. This version of FlamePack has much less functions than Sodium version because of VulkanMod. We're gonna support this version as long as possible and try our best to deliver more functionality to it
