So, here is the (Neo)Forge version of a hybrid of Fabulously Optimized and Simply Optimized modpacks with Connector and Connector Extras mods pre-installed. This modpack contains all their key features, namely: support for most OptiFine features, decent performance, and also allows you to install (Neo)Forge and Fabric mods at the same time. It also has Fresh Animations and Fresh Moves resourcepacks pre-installed, which will animate all your entities, including your character. Great for creating your own modpack based on it. Enjoy!
