Hi there!
This is a small maintenance update, which refreshes all mods and brings the game up to the last version of the 1.19.x series before moving on to 1.20.x.
Welcome to FrameXAct 19-0.0.0.6 (Tainted Temple)!
Changelog:
- Updated the following mods:
- FPS Monitor (We are now fetching this mod from Modrinth. Previously we had to blob it into the modpack definition file, however, recently the mod author has uploaded it to Modrinth. This change will drastically reduce the size of the pack file and will ensure the author is credited for all downloads)
- All mods (all mods with available updates have been refreshed to their latest versions for Minecraft 1.19.4.)
- Removed the following mods:
- DashLoader (We had to remove this mod for now as some major changes have caused it to be incompatible with Enhanced Block Entities. This will hopefully be fixed in future versions)
Oh, and one more thing,
An update for 1.20.x is coming hopefully Soon™, if you ask about it, I will steal your kneecaps.
Hi there!
Spring is now here and the frame harvest has been bountiful this year.
We sift through the frames to make sure there aren't any bad frames. We then grind the frames and give them a little shake. After that, we give it a quick sniff test to make sure it sniffs right. Then we brew them by pouring hot water in concentric circles to create the smoothest brew imaginable.
Now we have smooth frames, but FrameXAct is still missing something, it needs to be precise, it needs to be uniform, it needs froth.
So, how do we make FrameXAct froth?
Simple, we froth the f*** out of it
Really, just FROTH THE F***...
Welcome to FrameXAct 19-0.0.0.5 (Tainted Trail)!
Changelog:
- Added the following mods:
- ImmediatelyFast (This should slightly improve performance when being around large mob farms, ludicrous amounts of chests, and absurd amounts of signs)
- Fastload (Replaces kennytvs-epic-force-close-loading-screen-mod-for-fabric, also cancels 441 loading a le Ksyxis, and most importantly, it's name is easier to remember)
- Updated the following mods:
- All mods (with few exceptions, have been refreshed for Minecraft 1.19.3. Some notable updates include Sodium and Lithium, which bring many performance improvements and bugfixes, and Iris, which has vastly improved backwards compatibility with OptiFine shaders)
- Removed the following mods:
- Colormatic (If I understand correctly, it seems like in 1.19.3 Minecraft changed the way it handles color mapping, thus breaking this mod, and it doesn't seem like something that can be fixed with just a couple lines of code. I'll be removing this for now and keep an eye for updates.)
- Seamless Loading Screen (This mod has not been updated in a while, in fact, this mod has been on thin ice for quite a while since it never got an official port for Fabric 1.19+. @fedetrifo06 on GitHub made a patch, which I have been using here up until now, but it seems like this update was the last straw and I haven't been able to make it work. I'll also be keeping an eye in case there's any news about this one.)
- kennytvs-epic-force-close-loading-screen-mod-for-fabric (In this version I'm going to give Fastload a try. Since it implements the same features as this mod in a slightly different and safer way, I will be removing this for now and see how it performs. Feedback is welcome)
*sips brew
Tastes great!
It could use some ketchup though...
Brown ketchup obviously, not tomato, you think I got no class?
Hello there! I am deadn't!
It's been a couple of months already since chat reporting and global moderation were introduced to minecraft, surely everything will be going well and just as expected... right? *(checks notes about Realms and r/Minecraft)
Oh god...
OH GOD This is much worse than I exp... *(cough)
Anyways, the holiday season is here! So pick up that Alexa that has been playing Maria Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" for hours already, slowly open the window, and hurl it as far away as possible. Because all you need to stay cozy this winter is a soft blanket, a cup of warm chocolate and your PC running Minecraft at 8125ºC.
Welcome to FrameXAct 19-0.0.0.4 (Tainted Toot)!
Changelog:
- Added the following mods:
- Continuity (Connected textures a le Opti-dumpster-Fire. I had to remove it previously as it was causing issues with animated textures, hopefully fixed now)
- Don't Clear Chat History (I'm not entirely sure, but if I recall correctly... this makes it so your chat history isn't cleared, they should give these mods more obvious names)
- Dynamic FPS (This will save your precious electricity while you unfocus the game)
- Entity Culling (So many entities in your world you can't see, it would be a shame to render them all...)
- MixinTrace (Replaces NotEnoughCrashes, less chaotic, has fancy traces)
- Sodium Extra (We didn't have enough sodium, so we added more, this should cover all your needs for graphical tweaks. Plus, you can add water to get some funny sparks and loud explosions)
- Sound Physics Remastered (Replaces Resounding)
- Your Options Shall Be Respected (Prevents the mod pack from overwriting existing user config files, because... *(clears throat) Your Options Shall Be Respected)
- YetAnotherConfigLib (Dependency for Zoomify, requiered as of newer versions)
- Updated the following mods:
- AppleSkin
- BetterF3
- CIT Resewn
- Cloth Config API
- DashLoader
- Debugify
- Enhanced Block Entities
- Fabric API
- Fabric Language Kotlin
- FabricSkyboxes
- FerriteCore
- Indium
- Iris Shaders (Haven't you heard yet? This update includes many fixes for shaders and mods!)
- Lithium
- MCPPPP (Due to an issue with this mod caused by Git LFS, I had to use a custom version with a minor fix. The issue has since been fixed, so we can go back to using the official version)
- Mod Menu
- No Chat Reports (Now with Chat Encryption! Especially useful when playing in Rea*(cough cough))
- Raised
- Reese's Sodium Options
- Sodium
- ToolTipFix
- VTDownloader (No more instant crash, yaaay!)
- Zoomify
- Removed the following mods:
- NoFog (Replaced by one of the extra options added by Sodium Extra)
- Not Enough Crashes (Replaced by MixinTrace, was causing too many crashes)
- Resounding (Replaced by Sound Physics Remastered)
And it's a wrap!
I'm glad I was able to release this just before Mojang released 1.19.3....
Wait....
FUUUU-
Welcome to 1.19 you **** *******, we've got: Frogge, Horn Solo, Cute Vacuum Hopper, Literally the Deep Dark, Demonic Iron Golem with Hangover and Cargo Boat. So fasten your seatbelt and don't say any swear words, because this is going to be a bumpy ride!
First 1.19 version, Wooooo!
Hello There! This is just a small update with something that should have been done long ago. It also fixes many graphics rendering issues and crashes.
Changelog:
- Added the following mods:
- Indium
- Updated the following mods:
- Reese's Sodium Options
Note: This update was re-released on August 8 to fix a crash with MCPPPP on Linux. If you are using Windows this does not affect you and there is no need to update.
It's August, the hottest days are about to come on the northern hemisphere and the coldest ones are about to come to the southern hemisphere. Suddenly you feel a hot presence next to you. Is it a candle? Is it a stove? Of course not! It's your PC running a recent version of Minecraft without any optimization mods!! Why would you do that!?
Changelog:
- Updated the following mods:
- Better F3
- Cit Resewn
- Clear Skies
- Cloth Config
- Dashloader
- Enhanced Block Entities
- Fabric API
- Fabric Language Kotlin
- kennytvs-epic-force-close-loading-screen-mod-for-fabric (I don't want to say this mod's name could be shorter but...)
- Lithium
- Mod Menu
- Raised
- Reese's Sodium Options
- Added pack icon
Note: This update was re-released on August 5 to fix a crash with Clear Skies.
First version that is not just a zip file that I share around! Woooo! Unfortunately, that means that whatever changes I made to the modpack before this are now lost to the confines of the universe in the form of entropy. So I guess I'll just try to keep track from now on...
On the bright side... First Modrinth version! Woooo!
