Added/Changed the following mods:

While this does break rally tracks, the BA version will be standardized going forward.
Updated the following mods:
- Iris Shaders (1.5.x > 1.6.1)
- Simple Voice Chat (2.3.28 > 2.4.2) Note: FrostHex ABG is in the process of updating their SVC version, if you see a notice that your version is mismatching,
Other Changes
- For fresh installs: Changed BRWC IP adress to match the current stable proxy.
- Users that are updating need to manually adjust it, the new IP is "brwc.grub-bros.de"
Fully compatible with 1.0.1 settings. This version includes settings for new players:
- Added servers.dat
- Added options.txt (uses Sotumney's personal settings, should be ideal for newer players.)
This version replaces 1.0.0 and fixes things that I accidentally left in the folders when I exported it. This pack now complies with Modrinth general rules.
- Cleared Simple Voice Chat settings

- Cleaned up mod configs for the user to tune
