The mod changes alot about the game, your Render Distance on default will be 2, if you wish to change this go ahead but I think the mod wants it to be at this Value. For more info visit the mods page
Other Settings
Use /tbs_config to remove the vhs overlay and change other settings (I can't automate it in this version)
If you're on the newest version, it should be disabled by default.
