Why I don't release a new version of the modpack for 1.21 and lower?
I don't think there's a lot of players plays older versions than 1.21.1 especially in fabric.
Is there will be any forge versions of the modpack?
No, but maybe in the future if a lot of users wants that, I recommend you use another optimization modpacks that is works and tested properly with forge with no crashes.

Made a better config (I know, there's a lot of random no need config files)
Better performance than before (better than other modpacks that have 40+ mods)
Added: ScalableLux, a mod that still gives better performance for many players!
Here’s why I added it to the modpack:
⚡Based on Starlight: which rewrote Minecraft’s lighting engine for speed and efficiency. ScalableLux builds on that with bug fixes and enhancements.
🧠Parallel light updates: It can optionally run lighting calculations in parallel, which is a huge boost during fast world generation or heavy lighting changes.
🔧Vanilla compatibility: Recent versions support vanilla-compatible lighting data, making it more mod-friendly (e.g. with Distant Horizons)
🧪Actively maintained: Unlike Starlight, which was discontinued in early 2024, ScalableLux is still receiving updates and ports to newer Minecraft versions like 1.21.7
