This modpack is based on MC Faithfully Remastered. Additionally to its content there are building and recording tools.

What it does:

• Recording tools

• Building tools

• Enhanced Graphics (better animations, vanilla shader)

• Enhanced Textures (3D textures, connected textures, random textures, biome specific textures, context specific textures)

• Enhanced Sounds (context specific sounds, sound physics)

• Enhanced World Ambience (ambient sounds, ambient particles, more day/nightime effects, more weather effects, more water effects)

• Improved UI (better font, UI animations, UI sounds, better item descriptions, better textures)

• Full Controller Support (PlayStation, XBox, Nintendo, Third-Party)

• Better Performance (farther render distance, faster rendering)

• Readds canceled first party content (Mob Vote losers, Fireflies, Copper Horns, Roses)

• Improved multiplayer experience (Better skins; free world hosting; friends-list)

• The modpack works on Vanilla servers

What it not does:

• Change any game mechanics
• Change game physics
• Change difficulty
• Change world generation
• Add third party content

Optimization:

The pack is configured to run on a Ryzen 7 1800, 16GB of RAM and a GTX 1070 8GB at 60 FPS.

You need to have Triple-Buffering enabled if you are using an Nvidia GPU!

• Nvidia Control Panel -> 3D Settings -> Manage 3D Settings -> Global ->Triple-Buffer-> on

Set your Memory to at least 4096MB for it run properly!

• In instance settings -> Java and Memory -> Custom memory allocation -> 4096MB

These settings improve performance:

• Disable Distant Horizons (Chunks out of render distance will not be rendered anymore)

  • In Modrinth or ingame Options -> Globe Icon in the top right -> Enable rendering -> false

• Lower render distance

  • ingame Options -> Graphics -> Render Distance -> lower value is faster

• Lower Shader settings

  • ingame Options-> Graphics -> Shader Packs -> ComplementaryReimagined_rx.x.x.zip -> Shader settings -> Performance Settings -> Profile -> lower is faster

• Disable Shaders

  • ingame Options-> Graphics -> Shader Packs -> off

Customization:

Disable these mods to disable the canceled first party content:

• Friends and Foes; Friends and Foes Barkeeper Hut; Friends and Foes Flowery Mooblooms
• Return Copper Horns
• Roses

These mods include very minor gameplay changes:

• ClickTroughPlus lets you click trough signs. Editing signs is still possible while sneaking.
• Shulker Box Tooltips lets you view the content of Shulker Boxes without placing them.
• Vanilla Notebook lets you take notes in the pause/main menu.
