Major Feature:

Added the Monumenta Encyclopedia GUI where you will see the information about monumenta such as Quests, Enchants, Items, and Mobs. This one is a WIP so not all of the stuff will be there immediately and will work on it more over time. To access the Monumenta Encyclopedia GUI, There is a button both in Main menu and Pause menu that you can click.

this is a quick hotfix version of 2.1.0
fixed:
- disabled essential and USBplus temporarily to get the custom menu to load again
- updated the fabric loader to fix the crash with fancy menu
Notes: essential and USBplus is disabled temporarily since it was causing the Fancy Menu to not load for some reason. I might need to downgrade fancy menu, but for now, those two is disabled until next update.
