Not Enough Optimizations Lite

Not Enough Optimizations Lite is a fork of my optimization pack, Not Enough Optimizations (NEOM).

This packs goal is to keep most of the speed of NEOM while loading faster on slower computers. while there are almost no changes to how Minecraft can be played, it contains many improvements to the technical aspects of Minecraft, making it great for people who play on a budget but also want to make farms and machines. it is recommended to play singleplayer as are no network or server optomizations in the new packs.

To users, this modpack is more focused on singleplayer worlds, it will still work on servers though. It's supported server side I think. To modpack creators, I recommend you use base NEOM for your modpacks, not NEOM Lite
