Defense & Stun Rework
- Replaced defense and absorption with just defense
- Defense is a % value that reduces incoming damage by the defined amount
- Effectively, lower damage values are harder to negate while higher damage values are easier to negate
- Added poise (entity attribute) and impact (attack property)
- Stuns now only occur if an attack's impact value is greater than the target's poise
- Players can raise poise by wearing armor
- Impact can be increased by charging attacks
- Resisting impact also reduces knockback by 50%
- Effect chance is now scaled down (unless damage was maximally absorbed) by reduced damage instead of being all-or-nothing
