How to use:

Get the modpack: Download the modpack by hitting the green download button, then run the .mrpack file. You will need the Modrinth desktop app to run this modpack.

Download OptiFine: Go to the OptiFine download page and download whichever version you need.

Move to mods folder: Finally, in the Modrinth desktop app, you're gonna click the "Folder" button next to play on the modpack page. Move the .jar you downloaded from the OptiFine Website into the "mods" folder.
