This update focuses on adding some missing features and mods that should have been in the original 2.0.0 launch pack.

- Added Prosperity servers to the default server list
- Added Item Scroller
- Added WI Zoom
- Added Inventory Management for more user friendly item management

- Added InvView for moderation purposes
- Fixed conflicting mods which caused hand rendering issues
