readded e4mc - no idea why or how it was removed

added some mods, and removed some for more vannila like exeprience

• added antique atlas
• added your in grave danger
• added inv move

- re-added yung's mods (idk how they were removed)

- added xeros mini map (might remove later or replace with a moe vanilla freindly version

plans for future:

- real world weather

- vanilla freindly world map + waypoints

- full compatability of rat's mischief
