Backporting modpack version 1.21.4-1.1.0 to MC 1.20.1

Changelog (Quick Summary):

• Updated mods from the previous 1.20.1 pack release.
• Added new mods to bring in new features I added to the MC 1.21.4 modpack.
  • Take 4k screenshots on a 1080p monitor! (configurable)
  • Pose Armor Stands easily!
  • Connected textures for glass, grass, and more!
  • "Rule of thirds" overlays for composing your shots (toggleable)
  • Isometric Renders of blocks, mobs, items, etc. Useful for making thumbnails!
  • Shields no longer take up half the screen! (toggleable in "Resource Packs" menu)
• Fixed download showing the wrong name in the Modrinth launcher for the previous 1.20.1 pack release.

• Added "Sodium Dynamic Lights" (replaces LambDynamicLights due to license change) (also adds configuring dynamic lights to the "Video Settings" menu, rather than having to find it buried in the "Mods" menu)
• Added "Sodium Options API" (support mod for Sodium Dynamic Lights)
• Config Changes:
  • Set SodiumDynamicLights to "Slow" by default (as opposed to "Realtime"), to maintain decent lighting quality but still reduce lag on slow computers. Now easily configurable in the "video settings" menu.

• Added Chunky (useful along with Bobby mod. Can pre-generate chunks in the "bobby-fallback" single-player world to get those extreme render distances). (Note for server admins: I tested, and non-OP players can only use this command in single-player. So this can't be used to crash servers or anything).
• Added Continuity (connected glass textures and more)

• Added Fabrishot (Replaces Bigshot, as working versions were incompatible with MC 1.20.1) (Can take high-resolution 4k screenshots (configurable) even on a lower-resolution monitor! Meaning you can zoom in in post-production without losing quality! More info: https://modrinth.com/mod/fabrishot
• Added Fast Better Grass resource pack (optional, connected grass texture)
• Added Isometric Renders (customizable image renders with transparent background (parts of world, items, entities, etc.). Use command /isorender to open GUI. Useful for making thumbnails.) More info: https://modrinth.com/mod/isometric-renders
• Added "owo-lib" (support mod for Isometric Renders)
• Added "Small Shield & Totem" resource pack (so the shield doesn't take up half the screen) (enable/disable in the "resource packs" menu).
  • NOTE: Minecraft gives a warning about it being "incompatible" with this MC version. This message appears to be a bug, as it worked fine when I tested.
