Updated to 1.21.10
Updated BadOptimizations, Gamma Utils, Immediately Fast, Lithium, Shulker Box Tooltips and Sodium . Kept Fabric Loader Version at 0.17.2 since 0.17.3 can cause text flickering issues. Feel free to change it around though!
Updated to 1.21.9 and removed incompatible mods.
