skel's client v2.1r | additions & tweaks!

i added some extra qol features and a changelog, just like the one present in ONWARD! that's basically it really, but here's the whole changelog this update.

changelog

additions

• added freelook
  • default bind: left alt
  • can be configured to your liking in mod menu!
• added jade
  • jade tells you what block you're looking at and its properties
  • can be configured to your liking in mod menu!
• added "FancyMenu" to slightly tweak some parts of Minecraft!
  • also removed a couple mods that already had the same features FancyMenu has.
  • can be disabled if you wish, this doesn't break the client.
• added particle core
  • a good ol' performance mod!

main menu changes

• removed "Main Menu Credits" and "Custom Window Title" with "FancyMenu"
  • this in turn got us a slightly changed menu!
• added the changelog, where all the changes made in skel's client are listed!
• added "skelOS Discord" and "Modrinth Page" buttons to main menu.
• added a custom loading screen!

tweaks

• corrected minor title mistake to include the client build
  • by this, i mean it should've said "v2.0r" instead of "v2.0". this has been corrected to "v2.0.1r".
• changed freecam button to right shift
  • in addition, the control player button is now right control too.

fixes

• Chunk Update Threads would automatically be set to 6, hurting performance on some systems. this has been set back to default.
  • this has NOT been fixed, made a mistake! will be fixed in v2.1.1r, promise.

upcoming

• skel's client versions below and beyond MC 1.21.4.
  • some versions may not be supported or will be altered slightly.
  • this will most likely take some time until released. more info to come in skelOS.
