As has been often said throughout history, variety is the spice of life. In that vein, I've put together the Spice of Life modpack. Featuring many of the best mods, and some of the more obscure ones. There should be something for everyone.
Exploration
Thanks to Oh The Biomes We've Gone, the overworld is filled with new biomes to explore and materials to gather. I've also added Better End and Better Nether to completely transform those dimensions. Included are YUNG's mods to make all the vanilla structures as imposing as they should have been.
Building
With the addition of Chipped, Handcrafted, and Supplementaries, building has never felt this good. Courtasy of Wood Good, almost all BWG wood types are integrated with Chipped and Handcrafted.
Combat
Combat Overhaul does what the 1.8 Combat Update should have. Combat now has a rhythm instead of just spamming left click. In addition, this pack features the RPG Series of mods. Choose a class, whether it be archer, paladin, rogue, warrior, or any of the others, you get class specific armor, weapons, and abilities.
Automation
Create. What more needs to be said? Easily one of the most revolutionary mods of all time, and thanks to the many addons that are included in this pack it has even more uses. Electricity, oil, automated trading, and more. The industrial revolution has begun.
Official Server
This pack does come with an official server. Feel free to join it, but please abide by the rules.
