Update Minecraft to 1.21.7 Remove support for custom entity sounds, models, and features. Also remove entity culling mod (alternative in place). Remove E4MC. Please use Essentials as an alternative.

Added a veinminer outline mod (broken, working on fix) Added a boarderless full screen mod. This is so the game stays open while out of focus. Others I may have forgotten to menssion
