Removed SparseStructues, should result in more frequent cities.

Replaced BorderlessMining, which never really worked, with Cubes Without Borders, which does.

DoABarrelRoll is now client-side exclusive and disabled by default.

ReplayMod is now client-side exclusive and disabled by default.

Starlight has been removed.

Build height and depth in the overworld restored to vanilla values to reduce lag
