Name and Style changes!

The Pack has gotten an overhaul with the name now being Visually Optimised instead of the older Project Kxiro, dont you think the previous was a little boring?

Version 1.21.10 is now finally here! Yeah I was too late to catch on bcz my health detoriated and so I went through a digital detox. I will be uploading quicker now but still there will be a little time between updates as I also need them to be available on modrinth.
