Update to vulkanmod 0.5.1 and added Enhanced block entities as it'd appear to be working.
Replaced a few mods with more culling as it is now fully compatible with Vulkanmod on 1.21.1

Updated to VulkanMod 0.5.0, I wouldn't be suprised if a 0.5.1 comes out soon
1.20.1 and 1.20.4 versions will come later due to waiting on a mod to update.
Removed all external dependencies, they'll all on modrinth now.

Major(ish) update refactoring and refining this modpack's goal. Temporally using a dev version of VulkanMod till the fixes get uploaded, timelines didn't work out and everything else was ready. Could get a 1.1 as soon as tomorrow!
