0.0.2 - Slim Jars + Dependencies Fixed

The dependencies for Paper and Spigot were improperly setup so databases were unable to connect too, this should now be fixed.

As well as Velocity going from 11MB -> 33KB as I implemented a dependency downloader that downloads libraries at runtime.

Initial Release!
