Anchor
Server-side anti-xray for Paper. Instead of hiding ores, Anchor plants fake diamond ores that only one player can see, then watches whether they react to them.
An honest player can't see through stone, so they react to decoys about as often as to empty control spots. An x-ray user sees the decoys and goes for them. Anchor collects that difference as statistical evidence and only flags a player when the evidence is overwhelming.
How it works
- Per-player decoys: fake ores are injected straight into chunk packets for one player. They never exist in the server world (
/execute if blockon a decoy fails). - Paired control: every decoy has a matching empty "placebo" spot. Detection compares reactions to decoys vs. placebos, so ordinary mining luck doesn't count as evidence.
- Strict threshold: a player is confirmed only when evidence reaches log10E ≥ 9 (about a 1-in-a-billion false alarm bound).
Shadow mode
Anchor never punishes anyone. It only records and alerts staff. You decide what to do.
