📖 Overview

BanPact is a high-stakes Minecraft plugin that brings real consequences to PvP and survival gameplay. Players can craft a Ban Pact book to mark another player for death — if the target dies within 1 hour, they are permanently banned from the server. The only way to bring them back? A dramatic, server-wide Revival Ritual that must be defended for 5 full minutes.

This plugin is perfect for hardcore SMPs, Lifesteal servers, lore-driven communities, and any server that wants meaningful, high-tension player interactions.

⚡ Features

🔴 Ban Pact System

• Craftable Ban Pact Book — Players craft a powerful book using rare materials (Echo Shards, Netherite Blocks, Recovery Compass) and right-click to select a target from an intuitive GUI.
• 1-Hour Death Timer — Once a player is "ban pacted," they have 1 hour to survive. If they die or disconnect during this time, they are instantly banned.
• Coordinate Leaks — The target's coordinates are broadcast to the entire server every 5 minutes, creating a thrilling manhunt.
• Command Blocking — Pacted players cannot use teleportation commands (/home, /tpa, /warp, /team warp, /team home) during the pact, preventing easy escapes.
• Epic Effects — Full title screen notifications, totem sound effects, and blindness flash when a pact is activated.
• Survival Reward — If the target survives the full hour, the entire server is notified with a victory announcement.

🟢 Revival Ritual System

• Craftable Revive Book — Players can craft a Revive Book to initiate a revival ritual for any banned player.
• 5-Minute Defense Ritual — A lectern is placed at the initiator's location with the banned player's head displayed on a rotating armor stand. The ritual must be defended for 5 minutes.
• Destructible Ritual — Enemy players can attack the ritual's armor stands to deal damage. If the ritual's health drops to 0%, it fails and the banned player stays banned.
• Boss Bar & Timer — A server-wide boss bar tracks the ritual's progress with a color-coded health indicator (green → yellow → red).
• End Crystal Beam — A dramatic End Crystal spawns high above the ritual, projecting a beam down to the lectern for a stunning visual effect.
• Expanding Halo Particles — Color-coded particle rings pulse outward from the ritual, changing color based on the ritual's remaining health.
• Server-Wide Announcements — The ritual's location and dimension are broadcast to all players, inviting attackers or defenders.

• Ban Pact GUI — Click a player head to select your target. Clean, inventory-based interface.
• Revive GUI — Browse all currently banned players and select who to revive.
• Ban Book List GUI — View all players currently under an active Ban Pact, including their last known coordinates and world.

🎮 How It Works

Banning a Player

1. Craft or obtain a Ban Pact book
2. Right-click the book to open the target selection GUI
3. Click on a player's head to activate the pact
4. The target has 1 hour to survive — their coords are leaked every 5 minutes
5. If they die or disconnect, they are permanently banned
6. If they survive, the pact ends and they are celebrated

Reviving a Banned Player

1. Craft or obtain a Revive Book
2. Right-click the book to see all banned players
3. Select a player to start the Revival Ritual
4. A ritual site spawns at your location with visual effects
5. Defend the ritual for 5 minutes — enemies can attack it to reduce its health
6. If the ritual survives, the player is unbanned and revived
7. If the ritual is destroyed, the player stays banned
