Added config file. You can edit percentage and amount of normal and bonus drop. Default values are 25% for 1 drop and 15% for 2 bonus drops.

Initial release. Phantoms are disabled and bats drop phantom membranes instead. Plugin will be made for older versions too in future updates! Config file is also planned. If you find any issues or want to suggest something, leave a comment either on CurseForge page or GitHub issues.
