BetterPlace

The initial release of my first plugin. Tested on 1.20.2 but should work on all 1.20.x versions.

• Added a rotation lock feature which allows players to lock-in a rotation for a block. Overriding the regular placing behavior of the direction you are looking at.
• Added a blacklist to disable blocks you do not want to be able to be placed specially rotated.
