BlazeEffects plays a cosmetic when a player gets a kill: particles in shapes like spirals and rings, sounds, fireworks and lightning, all at the victim's position. Players pick their kill effect, kill sound and death message from a menu, and you decide who unlocks what with permissions.
Every effect is a small YAML file, so you can design new ones without code. 28 effects, 14 kill sounds and 12 death messages ship with the plugin. It also has a combat tag with a live countdown and combat-log protection.
Why use it
- 28 ready-made kill effects, plus unlimited custom ones in YAML.
- Kill sounds and death messages players choose themselves.
- Every cosmetic is gated by its own permission, so it works with ranks, crates and stores.
- Optional death effects, win effects and projectile trails.
- Built-in combat tag that kills players who log out mid-fight.
- PlaceholderAPI support and a developer API.
- Folia supported.
