⚔️ BrotherSMP God Armor ⚔️

Recreate the legendary "God Armor" from Pentar's Brother SMP Minecraft series! This plugin replicates the overpowered abilities of the custom gear set exactly 1:1 as shown in his video “I Got God Armor on My Brother's Minecraft SMP” (YouTube ID: 7RIYukUISik), with complete cross-version support for Minecraft 1.20 and 1.21+ (including 1.21.11).

🛡️ Authentic Armor Pieces & Abilities

Each individual piece of Netherite armor grants the player a unique, godly advantage when equipped:

  • 👑 God Helmet (Reach): Increases block interaction and entity attack range by +2.0 blocks (total range of 5.0 blocks), allowing you to hit targets from afar.
  • 👕 God Chestplate (Strength): Grants permanent Strength II potion effect.
  • 👖 God Leggings (20 Hearts): Increases your max health pool to exactly 20 Hearts (2 full rows of health).
  • 🥾 God Boots (Speed): Grants permanent Speed II potion effect.

⚙️ Configurable Optional Powers (Disabled by Default)

Want to add more action? Enable these extra mechanics inside the config.yml file:

  • Double Jump: Double tap SPACE in mid-air to launch yourself with explosion particles and a thunder sound (Helmet).
  • Forward Dash: Double-tap SHIFT (sneak) to glide forward with a velocity burst (Chestplate).
  • Fall Damage Immunity: Never take fall damage again (Boots).
  • ⚡ God Spear (Trident): Right-click to Lunge forward; hitting a player strikes them with Lightning and inflicts a 3-second Freeze (Slowness V & Blindness).
  • 💥 God Mace (Sword/Mace): Sneak-right-click to trigger a ground-slam shockwave that knocks back and damages nearby entities. Also deals scaled damage based on fall height.

📦 Installation & Setup

  1. Download or compile BrotherSMP-1.0.0.jar.
  2. Drop the JAR file into your server's plugins/ directory.
  3. Restart or reload the server.
  4. Modify custom item names, lore, potion levels, and reach values inside the generated plugins/BrotherSMP/config.yml file.
  5. Run /godarmor reload to apply changes instantly in-game!

📜 Commands & Permissions

All commands require the brothersmp.admin permission (given to OPs by default):

  • /godarmor give <player> <item|all> – Spawn specific God Gear pieces (helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots, spear, mace, or the full set).
  • /godarmor reload – Reload the plugin configuration instantly.
  • /godarmor recipes – View a summary of recipes in the chat.
