Welcome to Buildstone!

Buildstone is a Paper plugin for making block animations and stop motion effects. Select a region with the wand, then add frames by capturing whatever's currently inside it. The plugin loops through your frames in place at whatever speed you pick. No command blocks, no schematics, no redstone.

Everything is done through one editor GUI. Add and preview frames, delete the ones you don't like, set the FPS, then start or stop the loop.

Animations are saved per name and resume after server restarts. Frames only tick while a player is within 128 blocks of the region, so unused animations in distant corners of the map cost nothing.

Commands

/bs wand - get the selection wand
/bs create <name> - turn your selection into a new animation
/bs select <name> - pick which animation to edit
/bs edit - open the editor for the selected one
/bs border - flash the green region outline for 10 seconds
/bs list, /bs delete, /bs reload
