CatShulkers

CatShulkers makes shulker boxes faster to use without taking away normal block placement.

Features

• Right-click the air with a single shulker box in either hand to open it instantly.
• Right-click a shulker box in your player inventory to open it.
• Place shulker boxes normally whenever Minecraft allows placement.
• Keep normal interaction behavior for chests and other interactive blocks.
• Protect the original slot with a locked placeholder while the box is open.
• Write edited contents back when the inventory closes or changes.
• Recover the box on death, disconnect, or plugin shutdown.
• Block nested shulker boxes and duplicate return paths.
• Run without commands, configuration, or dependencies.

Installation

1. Install Paper 1.21.11 with Java 21.
2. Place CatShulkers-v1.1.1.jar in the server's plugins directory.
3. Fully restart the server.

Usage

Hold one shulker box and right-click the air. Right-clicking a block retains normal Minecraft behavior, so the box is placed when placement is possible. You can also right-click one shulker box in your open player inventory.
