Adapted the plugin to SynkLibs 1.7
- Fixed some issues making the plugin unusable on Windows Servers
- Added support for BungeeCord
- Added support for the new SynkLibs update
- Added Events that are fired when chat is censored
- changed API version to 1.13 for better compatibility
- added the global swear word list (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/whomwah/language-timothy/master/profanity-list.txt)
- added the manual filter
