ChestGuard – Advanced Chest Protection & Secure Transfer System

ChestGuard is a high-level chest protection and management plugin built for PaperMC multiplayer servers. It provides structured ownership, granular permission control, secure item transfers, real-time interaction alerts, explosion-proof storage, and full chest tracking.

This is infrastructure-level protection — not a basic lock command.

/chestlock <name> Locks the targeted chest (single or double chest) and assigns a custom name.

✔ Unlock Chests

/chestunlock [name] Removes protection and ownership from the targeted chest (by looking at it or by chest name).

/chestrename <old name> <new name> Renames a locked chest directly without needing to unlock it.

✔ Detailed Chest Information

Displays:

• Lock status (Locked / Unlocked)
• Exact coordinates (and double-chest pair coordinates)
• Owner name and status

✔ Live Chest Info (Look-Based Action Bar Display)

When looking at any chest, players automatically see an action bar overlay showing:

• Custom chest name
• Owner name (if locked)
• Coordinates
• Lock status ([LOCKED] / [Unlocked])

💥 Unbreakable & Explosion-Proof Protection

Locked chests are 100% unbreakable by non-owners across all 4 game modes (Creative, Survival, Adventure, and Spectator) with client-side block resynchronization.

Locked chests are immune to:

• TNT explosions
• Creeper explosions
• Wither & Ender Dragon destruction
• Unauthorized Hopper & Minecart item extraction/insertion
• Unauthorized adjacent chest placement attacks

Protected storage remains intact in hostile environments.

✔ View Trusted Users

/chesttrustlist <chestname> Displays all players with granted access to the specified chest.

✔ Grant & Revoke Permissions

/chestpermission give <player> <chestname> /chestpermission remove <player> <chestname> Assigns or revokes access permissions for selected players on your locked chests.

✔ List Owned Chests

/chestlists (or /chestsearch) Shows all chests owned by the executing player.

✔ Search Chests

/chestsearch <name> Returns coordinates of a specified owned chest by name.

✔ Locate Last Interacted Chest

/lastchestplaced Displays the exact coordinates of the last chest you interacted with.

When a locked chest is accessed by a trusted player, the owner is notified instantly via formatted chat alerts.

If a player removes items, the owner receives:

• Player name
• Items removed
• Quantity

If a player adds items, the owner receives:

• Player name
• Items deposited
• Quantity
• Chest name & coordinates

Every inventory change is tracked and logged for full accountability.

🔁 Secure Item Transfer System

✔ Select Items

/itemtake [x y z] [all|item amount] Marks items for secure transfer from a source chest (by looking at the chest or specifying coordinates x y z).

• Example: /itemtake all
• Example: /itemtake emerald all
• Example: /itemtake diamond 10

✔ Transfer Items

/itemtransfer [x y z] Transfers selected items into the target chest (by looking at the target chest or specifying coordinates x y z).

Transferred items automatically merge into existing matching stacks and fill starting from slot 0 (top row).

If transferring to or from another player’s locked chest:

• A 30-second approval window is initiated.
• A private message is sent strictly to the chest owner.

/transfer confirm /transfer deny

Approves or cancels pending transfer and selection requests.
