🧠 Smart High RAM Mode

How it works:

• When RAM usage exceeds 80% (configurable), ClearBin:
  • Switches to fast clear mode (5 minutes)
  • Notifies admins
• When RAM returns to normal:
  • Restores standard clear interval (10 minutes)
