🕷️ Coinmonke Spider

Coinmonke Spider adds a huge, animated spider that actively hunts players. It is a heavily modified fork of Minecraft Spider by TheCymaera/Heledron, redesigned to resemble the spider seen in Coinmonke videos.

• ⏱️ Encounters last randomly between 1 and 2 minutes
• 🎲 Random configurable spawn intervals
• 🤖 Two available variants: spider and spider-robot
• 🛡️ Does not destroy blocks or damage the world

🕸️ Encounters

The spider can automatically appear near a random eligible player. After spawning, it immediately selects its target and begins chasing them.

It starts at scale 3.0 and later grows to scale 6.0. When the player gets far away, the spider can temporarily increase its size and speed to catch up. It returns to its normal size after reducing the distance.

Large forms have a scale-adjusted attack range, allowing the spider to damage players standing directly underneath its body.

🤖 Spider Variants

Choose the model in config.yml:

Available values:
spider — the classic eight-legged Coinmonke Spider
spider-robot — a mechanical spider using the 3.0 model
Restart the server after changing the spider type.

Commands require operator permissions by default.

📦 Requirements
Paper 1.21.3 or newer
Java 21 or newer
Server-side installation only
No client-side mods or resource packs required

📥 Installation
Download CoinmonkeSpider-1.0.0.jar.
Place it inside your server's plugins folder.
Start or restart the Paper server.
Customize the generated config.yml.
Run /coinmonkespider reload after changing the configuration.

⚠️ Important Information
The spider does not modify or destroy terrain.
Performance may depend on server hardware and the number of active entities.
This plugin is designed for horror events, survival servers, challenges, and videos.
Back up your configuration before updating the plugin.
