What can be this used for?

It can be used for PvP servers, so you can craft breeze rods into wind charges but you cant craft a crafting table for example.

Why this plugin?

All other plugins here on modrinth for 1.21.x disable all of the crafting recipies with no way to configure what you want to be craftable.
