Commit ID
#51524f5 A big boi update.
Warning
These will be one of the last builds for 26.1.2-26.2 respectfully, so please make sure you find time to update server if you haven't already.
Sqlite Support.
CrazyCrates now supports SQLite for handling locations, You can enable this by going to the config.yml, and changing https://github.com/Crazy-Crew/CrazyCrates/blob/main/common/src/main/resources/config.yml#L42 to "sqlite"
SQLite will replace storing data in yml files as the default in the coming updates as I migrate player data to it.
How do I migrate my existing locations.yml?
You run /crazycrates migrate -mt DatabaseMigration (while the option in config.yml is set to "yaml")
Once the migration is confirmed to be completed, You must change the value from "yaml" to "sqlite" then restart your server.
If the locations.yml does not exist, the migration will not perform clearly.
Location Format Changes.
Minecraft changed dimension formatting (and Paper made adoption changes for it)
In the Bukkit land, it's world, world_the_end, world_nether but adapting to vanilla is not a bad idea.
Existing locations.yml should work under the hood, but new entries will use minecraft:overworld etc.
Other Changes
- Updated the ExcellentCrates migrator
BrokeLocationsobject was removed as it was not used internally anymore.- locations.yml no longer loads if the file type is set to another storage type.
As always, Report 🐛 to https://github.com/Crazy-Crew/CrazyCrates/issues
Optional dependencies
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
