Adds an RTP menu like in DonutSMP
Features:
Donut RTP searches for a safe random location before teleporting the player. Cooldowns, delays, sounds, messages, blocked biomes, and blocked blocks can all be customized.
Permissions:
rtp.use - Allows players to use RTP.
rtp.admin - Allows access to admin commands.
rtp.delay.bypass - Skips the teleport delay.
Commands:
/rtp - Opens the RTP menu.
/rtp overworld - Teleports to the Overworld.
/rtp nether - Teleports to the Nether.
/rtp end - Reloads the plugin.
