Fixed an error with the appearance of drops on the surface:
Previously, in the underground arena, the drop could appear from above, now it always appears in the players' visibility zone.
Optimized the random drop point generation function:
Now the random point is always within the radius
Improved integration with the rights system (LuckPerms):
All DropParty commands now correctly check rights.
In plugin.yml, the rights are described in detail and are easily configured via LuckPerms.
