Fixed player name placeholer %name% not parsing in duels command

fixed issue where inventory was lost when player disconnects during duel
Fixed party request accept and send where all the players in party were able to accept or send duels request. Now only leader is allowed to accept or send duel request
Big Duels Update
Duels Now Support Rounds!!! For now i added only best of two rounds for testing. To enable rounds use /duels options <kit> Add this new lang string to your lang.yml
