Data Migration: Fixed issues with data migration when switching storage types.

MySQL Table Merge: Merged MySQL table data into a single file for better organization.

• Make sure to back up your old config file before updating.
• A new config file will be generated automatically.
• Switching between YAML and MySQL storage will automatically transfer your notes between storage types.

New Update: "/notes coords" Command!

• Automatically adds your current position (X, Y, Z) as a note.

Example: "/notes coords" will add a note like X: 100, Y: 64, Z: -200.
